who are we?

Initially established as a junior club team in the South East of England AC O’Shea Racing has evolved into one of the UKs top cycling teams, offering an unparalleled European racing program for tomorrow’s world-class athletes.

The rider roster is a truly multi national team, with riders from across the world including Scandinavia, South Africa and Canada. This gives us access to a wider talent pool and enhances race opportunities while giving riders the opportunity to experience different cultures and approaches.

The team’s primary aim is to provide top level European racing experience and comprises 17 elite female riders ranging in age from 18 to 35 supported by a dedicated staff team of volunteer and paid staff.

We have come along way since we first started in 2021 and are growing and attracting some of the best under 23 riders in the world, as establish ourselves as one of the most energised and exciting teams at UCI Continental level.

ride for freedom

There are almost 50 million people worldwide in some form of slavery on any given day, according to the Global Slavery Index, including tens of thousands of exploited persons in the UK. Today. Not historically. Children, women and men. Those appalling and shaming statistics, allied with reading the horrendous testimonies of dozens of survivors, compelled Gordon Miller to align his passion for cycling with his marketing and communications skill-sets to undertake personal challenges that would raise awareness of modern day slavery.

We have partnered with Ride For Freedom to raise awareness for modern day slavery. We are proud to represent such an important charity, sporting their logo on both our sleeves.
