Elite and professional cycle racing does not happen without the thousands of unpaid backroom staff and dedicated volunteers. These people allow our riders to chase their dreams, to search for new horizons and in some case, seek solace on two wheels.

Volunteers and backroom teams are the first people at races and the last to leave. They keep our riders safe on the road, track and dirt and light the way forward. So this is a little wall dedicated to those people who make races happen. We try and take photos of willing volunteers and staff at every race (not always successful) and over the rest of the year, we hope to build a large wall of images as our way of giving a little back. So to the thousands and thousands of people that stand in the rain and cold… thanks and see you on the road (and track and mud).
