The team’s primary aim is to provide top level European racing experience and comprises 17 elite female riders ranging in age from 18 to 35 supported by a dedicated staff team of volunteer and paid staff.
We have come along way since we first started in 2021 and are growing and attracting some of the best under 23 riders in the world, as establish ourselves as one of the most energised and exciting teams at UCI Continental level
overall vision
Our mission is to empower riders, fostering both their on-bike skills and personal growth in their daily lives. We aspire to nurture individuals who are well-rounded, excelling both on and off the bike, whether they're racing, studying, or building a career. Our goal is to provide a pathway for riders to ascend into the professional ranks, affording them opportunities to ride alongside and compete against the top names in global cycling, all while immersing themselves in the renowned European cycling circuits.
As a team, we cultivate a positive and joyful atmosphere, emphasizing the enjoyment of racing. We believe that the journey and the manner in which one races are equally, if not more, important than the final result. Our approach embodies the best of both traditional and modern cycling values, and we take pride in achieving notable feats with limited resources.
our core vision
-
Continue to learn as a team to move upwards
We have spent the last four seasons since becoming a continental team learning and growing, whether it’s riders learning how to navigate the fastest races on the planet, making connections with race organisers to increase our calendar or improved team logistics. We feel we are now at the stage of putting what we have learnt into practice.
However, the sport is moving rapidly and salaries in the top-flight are increasing enormously as a result with our current structure we would struggle to move forward and reach our long-term goals.
-
Become the UK’s leading women’s professional cycling team
We want to create a top-flight British women’s team to fill the gap we currently have in the UK due to there not being a women's equivalent of Team Ineos.
We want to play our part in addressing the imbalance in women’s cycling in comparison to the male side of the sport that despite enormous growth in the last decade very much still exists.
The first step to do this would be to enter the new second tier of professional women’s cycling Pro-Continental) which launches in 2025. We aim to be in a situation to make this step up in 2026 however are aware it will require a significant financial boost in order to pay salaries.

To use cycling as a force for good
Cycling has immense power to positively impact communities and individual lives. By supporting community action we firmly believe we can use our sporting reputation and expertise to stimulate change in a number of ways.
From supporting anti-slavery campaigns to promoting the positive health benefits of getting on a bike, we remain committed to thinking beyond the finish line and into the lives of millions across the world.
